Authorization Problems?

If you are positive that your iLok authorizations have not expired and your plug-ins do not authorize in Pro Tools, please take these steps.

  • With your iLok plugged in to your computer, log into iLok.com and synchronize
  • Check the listing of plug-ins installed on that iLok
  • Take careful note of the name (it will be named FilterBank HD or FilterBank Native for instance)
  • Make sure the installed plug-in name matches the authorization name (ie. HD, Native, LE or MP) It does not matter which version of Pro Tools you are using, the plug-ins will work on any version you have installed- only the matching authorization name is important here.
  • The latest versions can be downloaded from the "Download" link up on the menu bar on this site
  • Older legacy versions can be found by visiting the Compatibility Archive links to the right
  • If the problem still persists and you have taken careful steps to insure the installation and authorization match, please call us
